Order Status: How do I correct an error in my order?

If you've made an error on your order (an address typo, put the wrong items in your shopping cart, etc) just send us an email customerservice@accystore.com and we will correct the error for you. Make sure to call us right away since we begin processing orders as soon as they come in. If your order has already shipped we may not be able to make the correction. We have a team of friendly people in our Customer Care Department who will always do their absolute best to resolve the error for you.
